Refund Policy

At F.A.M.E. Fusion, we strive to provide valuable experiences and services to our community. Please review our refund policy carefully before making any purchases.

1. General Refund Policy

1.1 All sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise. Refunds are only issued under specific circumstances outlined in this policy.
1.2 If you experience any issues with a purchase, please contact us at connect@famefusion.co.uk within 7 days of the transaction.

 

2. Event Tickets & Registrations

2.1 Non-Refundable Tickets:

  • Tickets for F.A.M.E. Fusion events, workshops, or networking sessions are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.

  • If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying us at least 48 hours before the event.

2.2 Event Cancellations or Changes:

  • If we cancel or reschedule an event, you will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer your ticket to a future event.

  • No refunds will be issued for event changes due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., venue changes, speaker adjustments).

3. Memberships & Subscriptions (If applicable)

3.1 Membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed.
3.2 If you wish to cancel your membership, please do so before your next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.
3.3 Partial refunds or prorated refunds are not available for unused portions of a membership period.

4. Digital Products & Services (If applicable in the future)

4.1 Any digital products (e.g., downloadable resources, online courses) are non-refundable after purchase due to the nature of instant access.
4.2 If you experience technical issues preventing access, contact us within 7 days, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (if applicable), please email connect@famefusion.co.uk with:

  • Your full name and order details

  • The reason for your refund request

  • Any relevant proof (e.g., confirmation email, payment receipt)

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
